Refund Policy

The short version. 14 days, no questions asked on your first Pro charge. Telegram packs are not refundable once used. Cancel any time to stop future charges.

1. Pro subscription — 14-day refund window

If you subscribe to Pro and decide within 14 days of your first paid charge that the Service isn't for you, we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.

This applies to your first monthly charge only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day refund, but you can always cancel from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal to stop future renewals.

If you cancel a renewal but get charged anyway due to a billing-system delay, contact us and we'll refund the erroneous charge.

2. 7-day free trial

The 7-day trial that comes with new Pro subscriptions has no charge to refund. Cancel any time during the trial from your Lemon Squeezy portal and you won't be billed. If you forgot to cancel and were charged on the day the trial converted, the 14-day refund window in Section 1 still applies.

3. Telegram pay-as-you-go packs

Packs (10 / 50 / 200 analyses) purchased through our Telegram bot — whether paid with Telegram Stars, card, or SBP via YooKassa — are not refundable once any analysis from the pack has been used.

If you purchased a pack and have not used a single analysis from it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or once a single analysis has been used, packs are non-refundable.

This reflects the consumable nature of pack credits: each analysis we generate has a real cost to us at the AI provider, so a partially-used pack cannot be returned in full.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email pro@vibecodium.ai from the email address associated with your purchase (for Lemon Squeezy) or include your Telegram username (for Telegram packs).
  2. Reference the order ID from your confirmation email or the Telegram receipt.
  3. You don't need to give a reason for a 14-day Pro refund, but feedback is welcome.

We typically acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process refunds within 5–10 business days. The actual time the money takes to appear on your card depends on your bank — typically another 2–5 business days for international cards, 1–3 days for Russian cards.

Even outside the 14-day window we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for cases such as:

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and we typically resolve issues faster directly. Accounts that initiate chargebacks without contacting us first may be terminated without refund of any remaining period.

7. Statutory rights

This Policy does not affect rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. EU and UK consumers retain their 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Rights Act for digital content purchased online, subject to the standard exceptions for digital content where you have started using the service. Russian consumers retain rights under the Russian Consumer Protection Law (Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I).
